At DueLog, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your account and personal data. You can permanently delete your account directly from the app at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the DueLog app and sign in to your account.
- Navigate to Account (Profile/Settings).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the information and confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted, and your data will be removed from our systems according to the retention policy described below.
Data Removed Upon Account Deletion
The following information will be permanently deleted:
- Profile information (name, email address, phone number, business details, etc.)
- Contacts and ledger records
- Transaction history
- Photos, receipt images, and voice notes
- Cloud backup data associated with your account
- Local application data stored on your device
Temporary Retention of Deleted Items
To support account recovery and prevent accidental data loss, some deleted items may remain in a recoverable “Deleted Items” state for up to 30 days before being permanently removed. Users with extended retention features may have different retention periods as specified in their subscription plan.
Analytics and Diagnostic Data
Anonymous analytics, crash reports, and diagnostic information collected through third-party services such as Google Firebase may be retained according to their respective data retention policies. This information is not linked to your identity after your account has been deleted.
